Alexandria, Virginia (not the one with the famous lack of a library) is a bizarre and perfect place to live.

I moved here in 2015 following my ex-boyfriend, now husband, and fell in love with the city and its people.

After spending a lot of time making weird internet jokes about the place I live with my internet friends, my job was Thanos-snapped in 2025 and I suddenly found myself with a lot more time on my hands.

Port City Shirts started as a joke, but it’s become a very real passion project of mine and one I’m glad I can share with the people and neighbors that I love.
